Condair RS

Innovative scale management removes the separated minerals from the steam cylinder during operation and automatically conveys them into the designated scale collecting tank. Scale deposits are thus continuously removed from the steam cylinder.

Condair GS

The Condair GS gas-fired steam humidifier combines high performance with exceptional energy efficiency, reducing running costs by up to 60% compared with electric systems. Its condensing technology recovers heat for lower flue temperatures, enabling the use of lightweight plastic flues and flexible installation. With outputs from 21–246 kg/h, the GS features intuitive touchscreen control, BMS connectivity and a hygienic, lip-free tank design for reliable, long-lasting operation.

Condair ESCO

The Condair ESCO live steam distribution system efficiently delivers dry, hygienic steam from the central steam network to the air ducts or ventilation units. It features a precise ceramic rotary disc valve (0–100% modulation), internal nozzles for condensate-free distribution of saturated steam in the air duct, fast response without preheating, and capacities of up to 1,000 kg/h at pressures of up to 4 bar.

Condair SE

The Condair SE steam-to-steam humidifier delivers hygienic, in-duct humidity using existing, impure boiler steam as its energy source. Fully packaged for easy installation, it features durable 316 stainless steel heat exchangers, a built-in Total Controller with modulating output, automatic scale management, and capacities ranging from 23 to 477 kg/h for reliable industrial and commercial humidification.

Condair RM

The Condair RM is a compact, resistive steam humidifier designed for precision humidity control in critical and comfort applications. Delivering between 2–8 kg/h of steam in a space-saving housing just 470 × 350 × 150 mm, it provides powerful performance while remaining discreet and easy to install.

Steam bath generators

Relax and enjoy the highly innovative steam bath systems from Condair Nowadays, many hotels and health clubs offer spa facilities for the wellbeing of their guests and members: A swimming pool, a sauna and, more and more often, even a steam bath or steam shower. But steam baths are increasingly to be found in private homes, their benefits simply unmatched. In the home, a steam bath cabin can take up little more room than a shower, and the output and specifications of Condair steam bath generators can be adapted precisely to your needs. In addition, Condair supplies a whole system of steam-generating components suitable for use in installations of all types, including full-scale spas. The steam generation can be started at the push of a button and the cabin will be heated. The steam can be seen and felt by means of fresh air circulating inside the room. The auto sensitive control system adjusts the temperature to the entered set value by increasing or decreasing the steam production accordingly without notice by the bather.

Condair ME

The Condair ME provides low energy humidification and evaporative cooling to an air handling unit or duct. A single unit can provide up to 1,080kg/hr of humidification and 740kW of evaporative cooling to an air stream while operating on less than 1kW of electricity. This system is designed with advanced hygiene technologies, including aerosol-free humidity control and optional UV water treatment.

Condair DL

The Condair DL is the next generation of the Condair Dual2—the successful system for adiabatic air humidification. Its hygienic credentials have proven successful in practice and were verified and certified by independent organisations with public responsibility.

Condair HP

The Condair HP Series provides reliable, energy-efficient adiabatic humidification and cooling for AHUs or ducts. With precision nozzles, integrated water treatment and hygienic operation, it delivers consistent humidity control and minimal maintenance for demanding facilities.

Condair MC

The Condair MC consists of an evaporative module and hydraulic unit, which is located inside the air handling unit (AHU), and a control panel mounted outside the AHU. It can provide low energy humidification and cooling with a single unit offering up to 360kg/h of humidity and approximately 245kW/h of adiabatic cooling. The evaporative humidifier incorporates long-lasting glass fibre media and stainless-steel construction. Water is supplied to the evaporative module in up to three stages, depending on humidity demand, allowing for accurate humidity control.

The Condair PureHum 1000 Pro is a high-performance humidifier and air purifier designed for large indoor spaces. It delivers precise humidity control while filtering out dust, allergens, and pollutants, creating a healthier and more comfortable environment. Defensor PH15

The Defensor PH15 mobile humidifier and purifier delivers up to 1.7L/h humidification output, ideal for museeums, galleries, churches (organs) and offices. Quiet, efficient, and easy to control. A fan draws dry air through the side grilles. The air absorbs moisture and blows itt into the room through the vent at the top of the humidifier.

Humidity control is important for paper handling consistency when running lighter weight stock on the Jet Press 720S in both the feeder and jetting area. We aim to maintain an RH of between 40% and 60%. Below this could potentially cause an increase in paper handling issues on light weight paper.

Once the humidifier was up and running correctly, it has performed well. It now easily and quickly gets the room up to the required RH and maintains this after start-up.
