Live steam distribution system

The Condair ESCO live steam distribution system efficiently delivers dry, hygienic steam from the central steam network to the air ducts or ventilation units. It features a precise ceramic rotary disc valve (0–100% modulation), internal nozzles for condensate-free distribution of saturated steam in the air duct, fast response without preheating, and capacities of up to 1,000 kg/h at pressures of up to 4 bar.

Rotary Disk Valve

ESCO’s rotary disc valve ensures 100% tight shut-off, preventing steam leakage when humidity is not required. Its self-adjusting, low-wear design guarantees long service life and precise control for consistent, energy-efficient performance.

Short Absorption Distance

ESCO’s shortest steam absorption distance enables rapid humidity integration into the air stream, minimising duct length requirements. This ensures space-saving installation, prevents condensation, and delivers precise, efficient humidity control even in compact air handling systems.

Steam Distribution Nozzles

ESCO’s steam distribution nozzles provide uniform, turbulence-free steam dispersion directly into the air stream. Their precision-engineered design ensures rapid absorption without condensation, delivering consistent humidity while maintaining hygiene and energy efficiency.

Valve body structure

The rotary valve closes completely tight and operates precisely.

ESCO DL40

With one, two, or three horizontal steam distributors, the DL40 can be adapted very flexibly to the air duct system. This allows for a high degree of freedom in terms of steam output.

Whether you need maximum steam output or the shortest humidification distances, the DR 73 is always the best choice. The steam distribution system is individually designed.
